Hello and welcome to our brand new User Group forum!

This is THE place to connect with other User Group Members and Leaders in-between User Group events.

We're looking forward to connecting with all of you and encourage you to talk about:

  • Possible upcoming event ideas
  • Followup on any questions from a previous User Group event
  • Share links to best practices discussed earlier at a User Group event
  • Anything else related to User Groups!

All other Zendesk discussions like product updates, general announcements, or anything else can be found on our Community homepage. 

The best place to find events and join chapters will always be our User Group site so I encourage you to go over there and check out all of the great events we have going on. 

If you want to suggest a chapter, we'd love to hear from you! Feel free to request a chapter here. 

With that, we're really looking forward to talking with you over the coming weeks and months and cannot wait to see you at our next User Group event!

      👋 Hi everyone! My name is Mike Davis and I'm the user group leader for the community manager user group. Here's a link to our chapter.

      A bit about me
      I'm the Digital Experience Manager at Workiva, a cloud-based software company based out of Ames, Iowa, where I'm located. I manage the Workiva Community, as well as many other digital and customer experience aspects. I've been in the customer success and community space for a decade, and a Zendesk Admin for the past 3 years. On a personal note, I enjoy running, watching movies, reading classic novels, and eating sour candies.

      About the group
      The community manager user group is all about and for, you guessed it, community managers and professionals. We meet (or hope to meet) monthly, virtually, and discuss topics in and around the community space. From beginners to seasoned vets, all experience levels are welcome, even if you are not using platforms outside of Zendesk. It's a community of community people. What could be better?
