We are facing a problem with zendesk web widget on mobile devices. Widget overlays our content after getting new message in zendesk chat. It would be really cool to have an option to change widget notifications counter view to a smaller one for mobile devices.
Screenshots with problem and possible solution have been attached.
If it doesn’t work out for you, please give us an opportunity to somehow change text on widget icon via API, so we could come up with something shorter e.g. just “1” instead of “1 new” message or give any other solution to somehow change styles of new message counter.
