We work with a multi-brand instance and should be able to customize the CSAT according an specific brand.
Not only because of language (automatic translantion is terrible) but also because of format.

I agree! Currently, there is no ability to add any branding to the survey page or than you page. From a security perspective, the lack of branding on the survey page is also problematic. If I were a customer who arrived at the page, I might wonder if it was a legitimate page or even possibly a phishing attempt. Having such a generic page without branding, a customer might become suspicious and click away before even completing the survey. The ability to customize the CSAT by brand is a really important feature for CSAT surveys.
