We don't need a Contributor

Please remove the Contributor role from our team, she needs to make phone calls and now she can no longer make calls because her account was automatically updated into a Contributor role. It also does not give us an option to change her role. Please help. Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Contributor role does not have access to Talk.

    However, you should be able to update the contributor role to a role which has Talk access. If you need help getting a Talk role please contact support. Here is an article that can help you contact Zendesk support.
