View original message, for agent replies

I see a way to 'View original message' but only on end-user replies. How do I see this for an agent reply?

Hello Joey,

Agent replies via email will also present the option to view the original message within the UI. If an agent responded within the UI itself the option is not present as their reply was not conducted via email.
