When using a Google Chrome extension called ‘Grammar.ly’ with Zendesk, all Public replies have the same background color as an internal note (see example below). Any workaround or fix for this?

Unfortunately I'm not aware of anything that can be done about this. Grammar.ly is the author of this integration so I would recommend contacting them directly to let them know about the bug!
