We want to start using the CSAT Survey and we want to include a happy and a sad smiley to it (like explained here https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/211668888).
We got this to work the 'normal' way, by having an Automation send a seperate survey email after the ticket is resolved. However, we would prefer to send the CSAT survey in the same ticket as which we resolve, i.e. in the signature or by adding it via a Macro.
It looks like the HTML code only works in the seperate Survey email (via Automations), and it doesn't work when we add it via a Macro or just add the HTML code in the ticket or in the signature.
Is there a way to include the CSAT Survey in the same ticket, instead of sending a seperate email?
Edit: I managed to send the CSAT survey in the same ticket by adding the HTML code into a Dynamic Content called "CSAT survey", and adding the DC placeholder {{dc.csat_survey}} into the ticket. However, I don't want to manually type (or paste) "{{dc.csat_survey}}" into a ticket every time. It would be great if we can add the DC placeholder in a Macro or add it to our signature, but unfortunately this doesn't seem to work.
Is there a way we can add this DC with HTML into a Macro or a signature and get it to work?
