Hi,

 

All my end users have the same time zone, my local time, why?

How can I have a report which one of the columns is time zone?

    Hi Avner!

    I see you've submitted a support request about this as well. 

    For Plus and Enterprise customers, you can set a user's time zone from their User Profile. You can find more information about this here: Offer support in multiple time zones

    I'm trying to find out how users can set their own time zone. It looks like the article mentioned above is no longer live.

    Thanks @Nicole! This does help. I'm just surprised that there is no way to allow end users to specify their time zone themselves. I would have expected this to be available as an editable field in their Guide user profile.
