I have recently checked our monthly DCSAT comments and found that around 20 users leave a comment with no answer received however I have checked all tickets, we actually replied and also responded in a timely manner.
I can see most of those tickets are from users with a gmail. I was wondering if we it is a problem fro gmail side or us?

I see you have a ticket created with our Customer Care team regarding this issue and they were able to determine from our logs that the email notification did get sent out to the requester of the ticket. If users are still not receiving your email notifications I would recommend taking a look at this article: Customers are not receiving emails
