Is that possible to see any report which shows how many users have viewed my dashboard and how often they are viewing?

 

Do we have any usage reports for Zendesk explorer?. If yes, Kindly request you to share more details.

thanks for your feedback about the new dashboard builder.

The ability to show how many users viewed a dashboard over time is currently in our roadmap for 2022. We understand having a view of the activity of the dashboard is key to keeping it relevant to your audience.

I'll keep you posted here once I have a firm date and more details about the feature.

Hi, Zendesk team, when is this feature (show how many users/which user viewed the dashboard over time)going to implement? any estimated time for a reference? This function will be important to track the dashboard activities.

thanks for your interest and insights about the dashboard activity.

While it is part of our 9-month roadmap, I can't share a firm ETA yet.
I will keep you posted on this post once I have more details.

Hi @walter11 

It's been almost a year since the last update, do you have any updated news on this feature? 

I think that this is a feature that is extremely important and highly useful - especially for those of us that are creating reports and dashboards for other managers / agents in our department. It would be great if we could see whether our efforts are being wasted or whether we need to enhance our reports.

thanks for sharing your feedback.

Unfortunately, we postponed this feature to focus on other strategic features to GA the new dashboard builder.
We still believe understanding the usage of a dashboard is key to getting feedback on your effort and that's why we still plan to build it post-GA.

+1 to the post and I upvoted. It is very helpful to understand the usages of dashboards/reports to understand what are the top 10 (as an example) usages and reduce the dashboards if we have too many dashboards that haven't been using for a while. If we could see view usages by date/week/month/year just like the functionality of our Zendesk Explore dashboards, would be great too! 

Also, this might be good to have loading speed (average) for the dashboards/reports as sometimes we have to wait for a while to loading the reports/dashboards. Understanding the loading issues by providing the numbers will help improving the dashboards/reporting usages.
