Hello,
When I embed a link in a response to a client, the whole string gets downcased. some of our query params are case-sensitive, and this breaks our URLs.
Is this new? is there a way for us to fix this without changing how we handle query params?
URLs are lowercased when embedded as links in support tickets
One way I can think to work around this would be to paste the link, then "edit" the link's text to the same link but with the desired capitals. It's more work but it might be the fix until the fix, kind of thing.
