For several months now, exceeding half a year, I've been grappling with persistent issues with Zendesk chat. This tool, which previously functioned seamlessly with the Safari Mobile Browser for years, is now failing. Each time a client attempts to connect with me via Safari, the chat system abruptly disconnects, a flaw that's not only inconvenient but also detrimental to my business. This malfunction has led to a loss of revenue and clients, painting my business as outdated and technologically inept. In an era where seamless mobile communication is a given, this is unacceptable.

My experience with Zendesk's support has been far from satisfactory. Caught in a blame game between Zendesk and Wix, I find myself in a frustrating loop of unaccountability. Despite being one of the largest website providers, Wix is being pointed at by Zendesk, who, ironically, is supposed to be a frontrunner in customer support. Yet, their service and approach to my issue have been anything but leading. The lack of initiative to collaborate with Wix and resolve this issue is baffling, especially as I continue to be billed for a service that is fundamentally flawed.

The disappointment I feel with Zendesk is profound. I've been shuffled from one technician to another, with no resolution in sight. My reluctance to leave stems from the extensive library of canned responses and transcripts I have accumulated in their system. However, I am actively seeking a new platform that aligns with my business needs.
