Is it possible to convert a PDF document into a knowledge base article? Right now, it appears that the knowledge base can only import Google docs?

@Brett - Community Manager - Do you know if a forum already exists to allow this functionality? Based on feedback I've seen, the Google doc functionality strips formatting, which basically makes it useless and equivalent to a copy/paste. It seems there is no way to import rich content as is into Guide as an article.

Currently there's no way to convert a PDF document into an KB article. However, we do offer the ability to Import Google docs into your Help Center which I've linked for additional information.
If converting PFD documents into a knowledge article is something you'd like to see I would recommend creating a post in our Guide Product Feedback Forum to help gain visibility from other users and gauge interest.
