Upgrading instance of Zendesk - Need to talk to rep but no one gets back

Good morning! 

So, we are looking to move from the Growth version of Zendesk to the Professional version and wanted to ask a rep some questions about it. I have tried to use the chatbot on the Zendesk webpage but it just loops itself when I give it the code sent to my email account. We would like to do this soon so I am unsure why I cannot get ahold of anyone easily. 

I am the account owner of our Zendesk instance and I find it hard to believe we don't have a rep assigned or listed anywhere. If anyone has some feedback or anything to help this, please reach out!
