Update: New unified and custom agent state dashboard

We’ve released a new version of the prebuilt agent state dashboard that’s available for customers who’ve turned on omnichannel routing. 🎉  The new dashboard is automatically available in your Explore account.

For now, you will have access to two agent state prebuilt dashboards:
  • Omnichannel: Agent state (previously released for all EAP customers)
  • Omnichannel: Unified and custom agent state (newly released for EAP customers using omnichannel routing)

Thanks @eugene13, just giving it a go and I'm confused as I do not see different statuses in the dashboard. I only see one bar per day of total time? Or am I missing something?
