We’re pleased to announce the Version 2 release of the Custom Objects app. With this release, we have incorporated much of the EAP feedback we have received to date. The app can now help you find object records and relate them to the ticket, user, or organization.

Create relationships between your custom objects and Zendesk standard objects, like tickets, users, and organizations.
How do I access the v2 app?
We will be automatically rolling out v2 of the app to existing participants in the Custom Objects App EAP throughout this week. You can learn more about how to use v2 here.
