We are excited to share some great news with you! Starting in mid-to-late January (the exact date will be announced later), we plan to launch the General Availability (GA) of our Agent Historical Status Reporting. This GA release will include changes to the rules regarding user access.
During the Early Access Program (EAP), some of our customers with OCR enabled had access to two dashboards: UAS (Unified Agent Statuses) and non-UAS. With the GA release, all users will now have access to a single dashboard that aligns with their plans.
