Unknown error while create issue in Jira from Zendesk

We have set up Jira extension (from both sides) for more than 2 years. It worked great previously. But today we are getting an error "An error has occurred while connecting to your JIRA instance." while create a new Jira ticket from zendesk. 

If I checked the browser inspector, I can see some API errors. Not sure if anyone have similar issue and how did you resolve this issue?

It was just back to normal. Seems like a temporal problem.
