Unassigned tickets not showing up

The only unassigned tickets we have showing up in this section have already been assigned and even solved. Does anyone know how this can be fixed?

Hi Nicole,

Can you send a screenshot of how this View is built? The first thing I would check is in the Conditions section, you have Assignee > Is > - in the Tickets must meet all of these conditions to appear in the view area. Personally, I also added Status > Less than > Solved as that helped clear up some older content for me.
