Unable to use macbook quick text in Zendesk Support

I am Ender from Cornershop, looking to get some tech support due to some troubles we've been having with some users not bee able to use quick text from Macbook's in ZenDesk Support, wanted to know if this was a general problem or not.

    Hi Ender, thanks for posting this here. Zendesk does not have any native integration quick text, but I can't say I'm 100% familiar with it. Could you provide some more information regarding quick text, do you mean the keyboard shortcuts for text formatting or is this an app altogether? Cheers!
