Hi, I'm trying to test the new CSAT experience in our sandbox, but when filling out all the details and selecting save, I'm just shown an error message Changes couldn't be saved. I've read some previous posts and tried deactivating all other automations/triggers that will have sent the old survey.

Hi @liam13 ! Sorry for the inconvenience! This most likely happens because we are trying to create automation with the same conditions as you have for the legacy CSAT. I would recommend turning off the legacy experience or deactivating the automation related to the legacy CSAT. After that, you can retry saving the new CSAT.
I think a common solution is to check if there are any conflicting triggers or automations that might be causing the error. Try deactivating any other triggers, automations, or custom code that could interfere with the new survey process.
