Unable to check the full list of CCs for a closed ticket

Dear support,

It seems that after the latest interface upgrade, we are unable to check the full list of CCs of a closed ticket. In the CCs list we can only see "+3 more" for example but the entire field is greyed out and we cannot expand the list.

We tested on Chrome and Safari and got the same problem.

    We had an issue with the CC field in the tickets that has already been patched last week.
     
    If you are still encountering the issue, can you raise a ticket with our support?

    Yes, I confirm that the full CC list is visible again for closed ticket. Thank you very much for the fix!
