I am locked out of accessing Zendesk support even when signing in with my email or through Google login. The subsequent page displays white and I can't move forward. Operating on Google Chrome.

Hey Jonathan,

Does this occur in multiple browsers? Are other agents on the account able to sign in or is this occurring for everyone? It may be worth testing from a Chrome Incognito window to see if that helps.

If none of the above steps work, let me know and I can create a ticket on your behalf.

Can not sign into my account. have tried several times and it does not recognize me. I have been using since 2018. Can I speak with a live person? can you have someone contact me at 214-551-7139.
