My company has recently purchased a pro launch package and I have been trying to get in touch with the Professional Service Team all week. Unfortunately, nobody is responding to my requests.
I need to engage with the team ASAP because I have a very tight deadline and I am also unable to do anything in the admin center. There are no functions available, only an error message.
That means that I can also not get in touch with the Support Team via chat from our subdomain.
This is really extremely frustrating, anybody got an idea how to get in touch with Zendesk in another way?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
