Hi Anh.. This is good feedback.. Really appreciate it. I presume that you have a Custom object record associated with the ticket through a Lookup field. And you want to show a preview of the that record on the right hand panel? We are looking to have a view only mode of this need, pretty soon. However, that doesn't include Adding or editing. Let me share this feedback with my counterparts in product and design to see how we can improve the experience for you. In the meanwhile, you can always use the Zendesk application framework to build a custom side bar app if that is an urgent need.
