When a customer comments several times on a public post on twitter only the first comment comes to zendesk but the rest of the thread does not. Our agents' response to the customer gets posted on twitter just fine. The issue is when that customer replies back on twitter. his reply does not show to zendesk.

This is causing a disconnect to our conversation with customers via twitter public posts.

Anyone knows what's causing this?
