Trying to authorize widget. Zendesk Chat Web SDK: Error: init: Failed to verify token: jwt verification error

I have having trouble Enabling authenticated visitors in the integrated Web Widget. I have tried to follow the instructions here https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022185594-Enabling-authenticated-visitors-in-the-integrated-Web-Widget.

But I get this error:

"Zendesk Chat Web SDK: Error: init: Failed to verify token: jwt verification error"

This is a test JWT I am using:
