Hey There!
Having trouble accessing our Ticket Forms.
We have the system set to allow anyone to submit tickets, but I can't see the ticket form when I use a private browser window and coworkers that try to access it either get no access to Zendesk or just get redirected to their dashboard.
We're using Rippling for SSO via SAML.
