Triggers/Notifications: When status of a ticket is changed to Resolved, the End User is Getting 2

I am looking for feedback on how I have the Triggers/Notifications setup.

My current issue is when I change the status of the ticket = Solved, the Requester is getting 2 different messages:

  • Notification to Requester of resolved issue
  • Notification to Requester of a comment update

Please help me know what I need to do to turn off the notification of the comment update. I just want the resolved issue to be received.
