Dear community, 

'Notify requester and CCs of received request' trigger has been set as below.

Plus, I have added one more condition which is 'Brand is A' 

 

However, it is not working, unfortunately.

Any input is much much appreciated! 🤩

By not working, do you mean the trigger is not sending out the notification? You would maybe need a trigger to set the brand automatically upon ticket creation here. Let me raise a ticket on your behalf again so I can work with you and check on your account. See you there!
