Objective: When Zabbix (Network Monitoring System) trigger an alert, zendesk should create tickets and merge the same site.
I able to create tickets automatically based on Zabbix alert but is there any way to merge the ticket using trigger or automation maybe?

There's no way to automatically merge a ticket using triggers or automations. An agent on the account will need to manually merge these tickets once they've been created.
To make these tickets easier to track, you may want to use a trigger to tag these tickets and then set up a separate view to only show tickets that contain that tag.
