I am trying to auto assign some form emails to specific agents in our system using Ticket>Comment text> Contains Following String. These have not been working. Noticed that the text I am routing off is bold in the emails and I found this article that indicated text markdown might be the issue Combining Subject Text and Comment Text trigger conditions. However adding ** around the strings does not seem to be solving the issue. Below is an example of the text I am working with Order type: Order and here are the trigger conditions. Having ticket is updated on and off the trigger has not made a difference... What am I doing wrong?
