Trigger Condition: Comment Text

Hi there!

I would like know if the condition 'Ticket: Comment Text...' only applies to the latest comment or if it looks for any comment from that ticket?

In the update scenario (Ticket is.... Updated) then I believe this just to be the comment that caused the trigger to run.
Happy to be corrected if someone knows better
