Trial setup error

I was just in the process of setting up a trial account and it timed out after about 20 minutes. I've tried again to set it up but I'm presuming it's now locked due to attempting to setup previously. I'm not entirely sure where to proceed from here, I'd guessing either my email needs to be removed from the system in order to start the setup again or if someone on support can take a look at the previous setup.
