First forum post so i apologise if I'm in the wrong place or duplicating a thread.
We turned on the Generative AI today and are so excited to start using it. One thing occurred to me and I'm sure it has to others. I'd be surprised if its not in the road map.
We had a ticket in from a German customer. Language is detected as German (as you'd hope) and the summarise is present to us in English. Brilliant.
We create a reply and enhance it... but we are left with the problem that we are still in english. Will translating the reply be something we can do using enhance or other feature in the future?
I also wonder about localisation. A generative response came back today that mentioned doing 'work in the yard'. In the UK, we would say garden. Is there a way to set localisation preferences like that?
