 We need a way to see if customers received an email. Tracking an open is all we need either through your system or mandrill. It's hard to let a customer know that you sent them a reply in the past and they tell you that they never got it.

My company also wants statistics on public replies sent by agents, specificially

1.  counts of emails sent

2.  ability to group by agent & agent group

3.  delivered indicator

4.  opened indicator.

Please consider this enhancement!!

I would love to be able to track opens also.

Lila & Eric, we have a product that is looking for beta testers. Right now we can track email opens and could easily add functionality that shows you how many emails were sent by agent & group. The delivered indicator would take a little more work.
