Top level reporting on each agents start and finish time daily over a week or month period.

Currently i have to scroll down to see each agents start and finish time for each day however i would like to have this daily and be able to select over 1 week or month period.

    Hi Bonnie,

    There is currently an EAP on-going to report on time agents spend in state. Please note, this EAP focuses on per-channel states but will be enhanced with custom and unified states later in H2. For more information on what is available in this EAP, please see the following documentation. The sign up form is also available here, if required.
