We have created a dashboard with several KPIs from dataset “Support: Tickets”. The dashboard includes a time filter preset to “last 30 days”.
We have created to data retrictions, one for “Assignee Name” based on viewer, one for “Ticket group” based on viewer.


If switching between “Personal statistics” and “Group statistics” the time filter is not evaluated correctly. It is using the time filter defined in the report or shows all history, if no time filter is set in the report. If I change to another time frame and change back again, the filter is evaluated correctly.
In my case I use the time filter based on “Ticket solved” in the dashboard and also in the reports. I didn't test it with time filter on “Ticket created”.
