When NEW tickets come to our inbox, they shows as PENDING though no one has opened them, also, when we assign tickets to assignee, we click "Submit as OPEN", however, they're all submitted as PENDING!!
Lastly, when we solve a ticket, we click "Submit as SOLVED" but it is not updated to solved but to PENDING as well! Can you please tell us what's wrong?!
I hope that someone tell us how to get the live chat support of zendesk instead of the bot as it doesn't really help!
