In the last week, multiple members of our team have noticed that tickets will take a long time to load, or they won't load at all unless we wait for a minute or so. I've been able to open a ticket via ticket number in an existing zen window, but if I click a link for a ticket that opens in that same tab, it won't load the ticket unless I open it via ticket # or open a new window or wait a few minutes. Not sure if this is related to any recent updates. Just seemed odd and wanted to flag.
