While looking over the event history of a ticket, I noticed an odd behavior.
As shown in the screenshot below, I've come across tickets where there are multiple ticket updates with just details from the time tracking app. In spot-checking, I've seen this with a couple of agents.
At what points would the Time Tracking app update the ticket events with the latest details from it?
