I wanted to create a report showing ticket backlog listory. This doesn't work with Data restriction though.

Same here also for datasets “Support: SLA” and “Guide: Team Publishing”.
The data restrictions are a nice feature with the possibility to limit data access for groups or agents based on the current viewer. But it only makes sense, if this is not limited to few datasets.
