If you look at the screenshots, the events indicate that the ticket form 'weight-loss-reactivation' form should be selected. However, you can see that the 'Customer Care' ticket form is selected. Can someone point me in the direction of a setting that might be causing this?
It seems that when I load a ticket, the form automatically selects Customer Care as its default value
FYI I found a solution to this. It was an error with the contextual workspace where I had an always true condition set.
