Ticket Fields

When making ticket fields, it seems that even if you have fields going on two separate forms, you can't have them tag a ticket the same way. So if you have something tagging one for with "order_status", but you want to make a similar field for a different brand, it cannot also add the same "order_status" tag. Is there any way to allow for this?

If it's two different ticket fields, they can't have the same tag. I use a variation of the tag, ie order_status_1. The main problem with different tags is the reporting. You can use a custom metric to combine the sum of the two fields to get a total number. Where possible, I try and use the same field across my different brand forms.

@Michael I would say that's the best option here since you can't have two separate fields using the same tag.
