Ticket Creation Is Adding Agent as Requestor

I am creating tickets using  this.

While in most of the cases, the requester column is filled by `request.requester.name` or `request.requester.email`, but in some zendesk integrations requester details are filled with agent (one who gives oauth access).

Could someone please point out the possible reason for this issue?
