I am facing a issue in which even if a enter a my full name in the web widget, when the email is sent by Zendesk i see only the first name of the user in the email.
This could be because initially the user was registered with only first name and at a later moment updated the profile by setting last name.
Is there a way where the name used in the Web Widget is used always?

I'm not quite sure what the expected behavior is here. I'm going to create a ticket on your behalf so our Customer Advocacy team can take a look at some ticket examples where only the first name populated.
