The ability for the customer to end session from their side

As customers do not proactively close ticket sessions, our agents are required to manage and close conversations in accordance with the defined procedure (responding at intervals and manually ending the session). This results in additional operational load on the chat channel.
To mitigate this, we would like to enable an option that allows customers to close chat sessions on their side.
