We hope that you'll appreciate the update to the Zendesk Guide knowledge base dashboard and dataset which is announced here. This update is already available for all EAP participants.
The rest of your feedback will provide the basis for how we further mature Guide reporting in Explore, and we cannot wait for this to become reality!
