Text Expander software recos?

I wasn't able to find anything within our App Marketplace unfortunately. That being said, it does look like there's a Chrome extension that may help get you relatively close to what you're looking for: Auto Text Expander

Hi Andrew, what kind of integration are you looking for? We use the excellent TextExpander (https://textexpander.com) and it works well in ZD, as in any app, but there's no explicit integration. I actually prefer that I can also use some of the same expansions in email and docs.

We've developed TypeGenie that predicts what you are about to type on Zendesk. It's similar to text expansion, but you don't even need to specify what you want to expand: it learns this automatically.
