I want to create a ticket form based on several conditional fields.
In order to test functionality, created the fields and conditions in sandbox and now wanted to see how the ticket form would act from a customer point of view.
Is it possible to view the sandbox ticket form as a customer?
Creating a new user in sandbox did not work, as password reset won't work for newly added users.

Hi Octavio,
You should be able to preview your theme as an end-user using the steps mentioned in our Previewing your Help Center theme article.
These steps will not require you to create an end-user profile in your Sandbox account which I believe is exactly what you're looking for.
